Only around 3 of them returned a message. 1 of them said he'd check out the house and give me an estimate and didn't. For about five days. But MATHEW, that guy is another level of hustle and hard work. He called me back within seconds. He was polite and friendly. He said "I'll give you an estimate shortly." He drove to my house immediately (not close to where he was.) And called me from there -- yeah this is price: when can I start? And 12 hours later -- a quarter of an acre of yard looked brand new. A year of neglect and rubbish, gone. If everyone of us ran out business like he runs his, this world would be a better place. I hope this guy becomes a millionaire
