Phil gave clear pricing to me on the charges and asked important questions about the hardware they selected -- informing me that some brands don't work with others. This was good information to pass along to my parents in case they needed to make any exchanges at the hardware store prior to his visit. I easily scheduled a next day, Saturday, appointment for them. It was easy to text Phil their address and contact information. On Saturday, Phil texted me and informed me that he was running a little ahead of schedule and could come about an hour or so early. My parents mentioned that he was respectful, courteous and a professional. I was told he wore his ID and explained all the work that he did. They said his work quality was excellent and that they we were happy with the results. Additionally, they said his pricing was fair. for three doors/knobs/re-keys. Phi at All Keyed Up is definitely someone we will use again in the future. We also have zero qualms about recommending his services to the Houston Yelp community.

He came and copied our key fob for us and we were able to get into the car at that time. We were not given a receipt afterwards. Fast forward to current day, the key started acting up and not properly unlocking the car/opening the trunk when being clicked. And then this past weekend the key completely stopped working. We thought maybe it was the battery so we went and purchased new batteries and switched it out. They key still did not work. I called him for help on this issue since he was the one who copied the key for us and we paid $250. On the call I explained we got a key from him before and he brought up at 90 day warranty that was NEVER told to us. He then proceeded to say that in order to reprogram the key he would need to charge again. I asked if he was expecting for us to pay full price for a new key and he said no he would be able to provide a lower price. I asked how much would this lower price be and he wanted to know how much we paid originally. Trying to see if he was truthful or not, I said we paid $300 and he replied saying his discounted price was $250. We caught him in his own lies. I also brought up something else we discovered wrong with the replacement key he gave us, he didn't cut the actual key so that part is completely useless. His response to my question about this was that it would be an additional charge. IN SUMMARY WHAT SEEMS VERY APPARENT IS THAT BEN PROGRAMS HIS KEYS TO STOP WORKING AFTER A SET AMOUNT OF TIME. (CONVENIENTLY AFTER THE SUPPOSED "90 DAY WARRANTY") -- When you contact him about any issues then he'll charge you again and this would be a repetitive cycle for those who are clueless. Please stay away from his services and don't make the same mistake we did. This guy also works under a different company name - 24/7 Locksmith. (REMEMBER - This guy will have a copy of your key if you use his services.
