But don't worry, my family is aware of how to spread word to everyone that a company is irresponsible and is unaware of how to fulfill their duties. I will be contacting everyone I can to make sure this company is reported in any ways possible for taking funds and not delivering the products. I ordered three hours ago and have yet to get anything but an automated confirmation email. Nobody answers the phones either. I'm an hour away from reporting fraud on my card. Trying to order food for a disabled veteran should not be a task that ends up putting them short on money. Many of the people ordering groceries online do it because they do not have the means to do it themselves. Taking advantage of these people is a cruel and sociopathic thing to do. I am usually more than understanding when places can't deliver what they promise, but shouldn't I be able to get ahold of someone to discuss my concerns? With service like this, they won't last.

But with it being so late and on such short notice, none of them could help us out. I had been up since 6 AM and was tired as hell but the package had to be there tonight. As I was getting ready to give up and make the 2 hour drive there myself we got a hold of Rob at Confidential. He arrived within the hour and made the delivery on time and saved our and our customers day.
