When I asked about pricing, she said I had to bring the cushions in. Fair enough, I wasn't expecting an exact quote over the phone. However, when I just asked if she could give me a range of pricing on possible cost (what the high ends and low ends of pricing might be), she said, "no way." No problem, I said, "no thanks, then." Update: We had Cynthia out again to clean the carpet and upholstery of our trailer and to spot…read moreclean an area in our motor home. She came out on time and got right to work. She is a wonderful lady who does a great job. We definitely will have Cynthia out again! First: We saw Cynthia's van at a friends so stopped by to get an appointment. Cynthia was very nice and we were able to set a date for the next week. We put in new carpet in our motorhome just 5 months ago but it never felt clean-they probably weren't as clean as they could be. Plus, we just had a large fire so we think some of the soot made it in around the windows and doors. It just felt good to start from clean again. Cynthia arrived right on time and assembled her equipment. We had her do an area rug, the carpet in two rooms (living area and tiny amount of carpet in the bedroom), two upholstered chairs and two smaller rugs. The entire job was only $39 but we have her $50 because she did such a great job. I definitely would recommend Cynthia's for any carpet or upholstery cleaning.
