She needed the bust area let out a little and the length shortened. She took it a month before prom and was told to go back the Wednesday right before prom weekend. She went that Wednesday and he hadn't even started working on the dress yet. She was told to go back the next day (Thursday.) she goes and only the length is cut and she asked why the bust area hadn't been let out yet and apparently he had forgotten about that since he made no notes about that during their initial meeting. She's told to go back the following day again. She goes back on Friday about 3-4pm and see him starting to make loops on the back of the dress to put ribbon through and let it out like that. This is not what he had told my sister he was going to do and he was going to cut the dress and make these changes WITHOUT calling and asking for her permission first.
