I really appreciate their honesty, kindness, and willingness to help me out. They could have easily charged me, but instead they helped me without trying to upsell anything. I called and spoke with Anthony in the morning, and even though he was booked all day long, he still made it to our house. He quickly disassembled the dryer, identified the built-up lint around the burner, cleaned it all up and wiped it down, checked all of the wires to make sure nothing was melted or shorted, and put it all back together. Within an hour, we were running laundry again. Thank you so much to Mom's Appliance Repair and Anthony!!! Very respectful, very courteous, took the time to explain what he was doing, and gave suggestions on how to avoid this problem in the future. The price was very reasonable.
