The quality is consistently excellent -- clean work, even coverage, no shortcuts, and you can tell they actually know what they're doing. What really sets them apart is how accommodating they are. They've fit me in last minute more than once, and I've been incredibly lucky to have parts turned around in an hour or two when timing lined up and they were already running a batch. I don't expect that for everyone, but the fact that they're willing to work with you when they can says a lot. Pricing is more than fair. Honestly, other shops would've charged two, three, even four times as much for the same small parts -- and the results still wouldn't come close to what I get here. I've done "package deals" elsewhere and the quality wasn't even in the same conversation. Fast, fair, and top-tier workmanship. If you care about quality and don't want corners cut, this is the place.

Turn around time was fast and reasonable as well. However, because of the design of my roll bar, there is an inside portion of a cutout that I remember telling Gloria should be powder coated. When I found out this part wasn't coated and brought up this issue to Gloria, she didn't have much care to resolve the issue nor offer a halfway solution to fix it. She just simply stated that she didn't recall me pointing it out, and that's it. So overall, I'm some-what happy with the job. The most important part of the job is the exterior of the rollbar, and that got coated came out beautiful. Just disappointed and turned off by the lack in customer service when an issue arise.

I bought brand new tires for my X3 but unfortunately the tire shop chipped one of my rims…read more Fortunately I had talked to Wheel Cosmo before and when the tire shop said they could get it fixed, I insisted on having it fixed by Raffi and Wheel Cosmo. Fortunately the tire shop knows Raffi, and obliged. Before I made the final decision, I contacted BMW and they also recommended Wheel Cosmo to fix my rim. This gave me 100% confidence that my wheel would be fixed properly. Raffi & his team CNC machine rims to fix them, and then balance & mount them so the tire wear is as even as possible. This was a big concern of mine because, to my understanding, the mobile wheel repair services do NOT do this. My rim came out looking brand new & I couldn't be happier with the results! I have some rims on my '03 530i that I'll be bringing by soon to get resurfaced.
