We tried desperately to get this company to come out and empty our septic for just over 8 weeks. They continuously rescheduled with us over and over. Stating that drivers didn't show up for work and or were behind on their schedule. Maybe others will have better luck than us. read more

I have been using A&R for the last 16 years. They have always been great to work with. The lead time was 2-3 weeks which I think was very acceptable. They called the day of service and Of the workmen I've used Danell Clark the most knowledgeable and has been the best! I highly recommend A&R. read more

A&R did a great job pumping our septic tank. The employee (I didn't catch his name) called to let us know when he was on his way, and finished the job within an hour. He was friendly and nicely told us grease does not belong down the garbage disposal! The cost was exactly what was quoted when I made the appointment. Techs seem knowledgeable. However, they show up without notice/appointments. I find out because they leave a door tag or I get a bill. I have dogs so appointments are necessary, required. After hours staff leave a lot to be desired. The toilet overflowed and I needed help knowing what to do as water poured on to my hardwood floor and through to my basement ceiling and new carpet. None was offered, though I have a service agreement. Thousands of dollars to fix when all the person had to do was tell me how to turn the water off. It's been over a year and they have yet to reach out and apologize or offer assistance in fixing the ceiling but they are really good at sending bills and threatening to report me to a credit agency. Bill has been paid and I'm still waiting for someone to respond to my issues. I'm not happy. I am not satisfied. I cannot, I will not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, now I'm looking for recommendations for a new septic service provider. Know anyone????? read more
