Had my yard clean up done and it was immaculate! They took all the bags of grass and leaves after power raking, then air raiding, would absolutely hire again! might even hire to cut grass year round! they are very professional and hard working! read more

My Sister hired them for her front and back yard. $260.00 per month. They have just thrown salt…read moreon her front yard instead of shovelling. Since November 1, when they were first hired, they have not done her snow properly. When she calls them back they wait a few days before returning. She wanted her money back , but instead they gave her a "free January" to make up for poor service. The last time they came, they didn't do the back properly. So "free January," became more poor service January. They even charged the gst for $260. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

This year has been beyond a joke. We had to do the pet waste removal ourselves because the postponed on us so many times. Clean up was good as far as the lawn, but when using their edger/weed whacker, they trashed our fence. Took 2 months to have repainted. Verdict is still out on that repair job. Fertilized the wrong yard. It's been ridiculous. Email thread as long as my yard and finally we have just walked away from it. I don't have time for th kind of customer service. Buyer beware.

We needed snow removal since we are seniors and can no longer physically do that kind of strenuous…read morework, and the city threatened to fine us if we didn't clear the city sidewalk, and the post office suspended mail delivery until there is a cleared path to the mailbox just outside our front door. I sent a message late last night asking for a quote, and got a quick reply this morning (Feb. 29) at around 7:20 am offering to come by between 8 and 10. I didn't see the email until 10, but he still came within an hour, around 11, and was done by 11:40. Dylan was fast and efficient and friendly, cleared exactly the areas that we needed cleared, and charged a very reasonable price, including giving us a seniors discount! I highly recommend Dylan and Wild Yard Landscaping for snow removal, especially for seniors. We intend to get a quote later this year, after the snow is gone, for other landscaping work that we want done.
