While that was part of quote I removed that after he quoted me a huge amount for a small retaining wall. However I did ask for the dirt mounds to be shovelled up and that wasn't done but on one area I said don't worry and there may have been some confusion On that so I will give benefit of doubt. When he first came by he said he had ladders to do tops of cedars but when arrived told me that it would be a bad idea and to only trim sides. I had already put a lot of piles around the yard but made it clear that there was still more. The yard was barely blown out. The cedar had a very slight trim., only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the junipers were done well. When I contacted owner a week later I said I couldn't give review because I was very unhappy once I got into looking at yard. iI didn't go inspect because I had a 3rd degree sprain from Jan and just doing mounds put me back and I'm not as young as I used to be. Im in my late 50s and don't heal as fast. What transpired after that was something. I owned a retail store for over 25 years and I know customer service. - this was something else. Yes they did haul away 2 trailer loads. I have almost half an acre and a lot of trees. He saw this when he first came. However I'm still cleaning up. I paid 2300.00 for 3 people and 8 hours work. He argued that he was here for 2 days however if he would look at texts (which I have) he would have seen when he said "we're here" and when he said "we're done". It equals 8 hours. . He said he took over 900 pictures and that I was his only complaint this year out of 180 jobs. Not sure when he would have slept since it was only March and 180 jobs from Jan till March is wild. He offered to give me back 200.00 and I had no interest. I was not looking for them to come back to my house so I declined that offer. I simply told him that I was giving him feedback instead of this review. He continually texted and became passive aggressive multiple times. I asked more than once for texts to stop, he kept going. FInally he said "than you shouldn't have messaged at all of you didn't want it fixed". Such a professional. I wasn't going to do this review until a friend who knew what happened told me they saw my house on his advertising. I went to look but I didn't realize he blocked me on Facebook. However you can see how light the trim was of my cedars in his pic as well as the piles of cedar sticks was done by me. I ended up having my neighbors come the next week (which is why I contacted ) and we took out over 7 bags of needles and a large green bin full. And I'm still going. Crew was nice and until my exchange of messages so was Mathew, however when he received negative feedback his demeanour changed drastically. I would not recommend for much other than hauling away yard waste (which usually I have 2 trailer loads every year and it costs me 250.00 and that includes hauling down). The job that was done was worth no more than 1500.00 and that is being extremely generous. Extremely. I also used to contractors asking before they use my home in photos and certainly not blocking me and still using my home as advertising I wasn't abusive nor was I demanding refund. Again I have all dialogue as well as pics. I will be requesting in writing my home pictures be taken down.

We hired Tyger Boyz Curbing last year to replace the old lawn edging. We chose the style and…read morecolour, and were very excited when they came to put in the curbing. When finished, the curbing had a plastic covering so it would cure, but no one came to talk to me before they left. I didn't know how long to leave the plastic on, especially as it was very hot during the day, but I was concerned for the lawn areas under the plastic, which was weighed down wit pieces of lawn that had been cut out. I finally got hold of someone, who said the plastic could have come off after 24 hours - this was three days later. The lawn underneath was burned, of course, and, because of the extreme temperatures, didn't come back at all last year. The curbing looked very nice, but there were piles of excess sand dumped on a flower bed, and there were several large patches of slag left both on the lawn, and on the decorative rock on the other side of the curbing. No one ever came to clean these up, though I was told that someone would be back to do that. This year, the pretty peach colour that we had added to the curbing has faded over a large part of the curbing, and it is now completely white. We do not feel we received good value for our money: the curbing is not the colour we asked for, and the workers left a terrible mess for us to clean up. We will never use Tyger Boyz again, nor would we recommend them to anyone.
