It took Justin 3 weeks to return my initial phone call and then when he finally came to see my home he ensured me that he would provide an estimate in just a matter of days. Well, it's been over 2 weeks and I've received no estimate and he has not bothered to return either phone calls or texts. A person who claims to be trustworthy, honest and committed to customer service would have the decency to, at the very least, let someone know that they're not interested in the job. As far as I'm concerned Quality Painting is completely unprofessional and unreliable and doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating.

Our estimate was provided via email with pics of our roof, outlining in color exactly what work would be done on the roof visually and the proposal provided the written details which includes their warranty. Very detail-oriented. The price was fair and reasonable. The work done by his crew truly highlighted their craftsmanship - top notch, superb. The crew was very professional and efficient. For the most part, the crew cleaned up but left a few debris on my lawn. When I called Alberto about it, he quickly had an employee from his crew at our home the next day to clean it up.
