Their business description states that they are 'trustworthy' and 'committed to honesty and customer service'...nothing could be further from the truth. It took Justin 3 weeks to return my initial phone call and then when he finally came to see my home he ensured me that he would provide an estimate in just a matter of days. Well, it's been over 2 weeks and I've received no estimate and he has not bothered to return either phone calls or texts. A person who claims to be trustworthy, honest and committed to customer service would have the decency to, at the very least, let someone know that they're not interested in the job. As far as I'm concerned Quality Painting is completely unprofessional and unreliable and doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. read more

The Quality Painting team did a beautiful job with our project, which included the painting of multiple interior rooms, plus the installation of two bathroom exhaust fans. All of the work was completed with precision and care. Equally as important to us was the fact that the entire crew was friendly and helpful. They asked clarifying questions to ensure that everything was completed to our specifications, cleaned up after themselves, put all of the large furniture back in place, etc. ...and somehow still managed to finish a day ahead of schedule and on budget! Justin came to our home on 4/5/18 for a deck work quote; it's a big job, but he spoke confidently and gave us a proposal with 3 options on 4/11/18. We agreed on a start date of 6/4 (with prepwork occurring the week before) and he came out once more on 4/18/18 for another walk through with his carpenter/to finalize the work list. We didn't receive an updated and complete quote until 5/15/18, which of course meant we couldn't enter "contract" until that time at the earliest; I wrote him on 5/16/18 asking how he'd prefer my response/corrections and he asked for an itemized list by email. On 5/17/18 I sent a doc with those items and today, 5/24/18 received an email that he will not be taking the job. Disrespectful, unprofessional and left us no time to enter contract with another company before the start of this summer, let alone in time for our son's birthday party which we're hosting the first week of June (and he knew about since April). He essentially strung us along for nearly 2 months and never once said there was the potential that he would not do the work until 5 days before we were slotted to begin. I can't speak to the "quality" of his work, but I can tell you that his customer service and treatment of potential clients are questionable at best. read more

Justin, Bob and the rest of the crew at Quality Painting and Quality Flooring are simply wonderful! When we found a home we loved in the area we knew right away we would need to paint the entire interior, put in updated flooring, fix some wood rot outside and do some exterior painting as well. The guys at Quality not only gave us the most reasonable quote for the job but also were able to fit us into their schedule and meet our deadline for our move in date. I can't say enough great things about how wonderful our home looks now. The interior and exterior paint is flawless, the carpet is the most plush I've ever walked on and the hardwoods they installed match the existing floors perfectly! They look like they were always there. We also had some box/picture frame moldings added to our dining room and it looks like a million dollars now! Such a beautiful upgrade with the new paint. We also had some other repair issues on the home we needed addressed. Instead of having to call multiple contractors, Quality was able to address EVERYTHING on our list and more! From updating light and plumbing fixtures to installing bathroom and ceiling fans to correcting prior leaks to installing appliances, Quality has made our home look AMAZING! I could go on and on.
