It's sort of like a burger equivalent of Subway, only with not quite so many choices (lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, bell peppers, sweet green relish, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, mayonnaise, and mesquite sauce). Personally, I suspect that it's the flame broiling, or perhaps the combination of flame broiling and the toppings of your choice, that make the burgers so good, but after trying Harvey's about half a dozen times now (including three visits to this location), I'm considering moving Harvey's to the top of the list of my favourite fast food burger joints.
