The driver has always been at my condo 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup for early morning departure. Last Saturday we came back to PHL (1/14/22) from Palm Beach, Fl around 5:15 pm. The driver called and texted us to let us know he was waiting in a White Lincoln, clear instructions of meeting place, and we found his car as soon as we left the terminal. It was freezing Saturday night and we probably would have still been waiting for Uber by the time we got home. Excellent reliable service
