The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.

Hassan responded to my inquiry within minutes and gave a price quote for the type of car service that I need. He gave me specific and easy to follow instructions on how to book my ride either through call or text. As soon as I booked it, I was immediately given contact info of my driver to double check every details with him. Our driver, Mongi, was punctual and very professional.
