I arrived at the hostess stand and let the waitress know I needed to pick up and order. My app informed me the order was ready. The waitress sat two other parties and gave them service without checking on my order. I was there for 15 minutes and then someone else asked me if I had been there all this time. I informed them I just wanted to pick up my to go order which had been ready for 15 minutes. She apologized and came back 10 minutes later with my order. This was my second time at this location. There will not be a third. The service was horrible, I was ignored, and my food was cold. There was no offer of a discount or a coupon for when I came back or so sorry this happened. It's packed with items of every variety. And I gave in to the urge for some junk cravings. Wall to wall of snacks and wouldn't you know the brand name is Urge. I got the cheese curls. Then across the aisle is wall to wall drinks. Normally I don't care but I see Faygo in every flavor under the sun. I got a 24 oz. rootbeer. Before you chastise me, I did restrain myself from stocking up. Now for the service. Three registers are open (unheard of) then the woman waiting on me suggests to the guy next to her to call someone to open up a 4th, since the line was growing. Who does that?
