Lance responded within 15 minutes and quickly did trouble shooting. It was fuel delivery problem so he towed our vehicle less than a mile to the shop. He did additional trouble shooting said it appears the fuel pump needs to be replaced. He quickly placed order for the parts which arrived the next morning. He also gave us a ride to nearby motel. Everyone was too busy or didn't do that kind of thing. Called these guys like around 2:00pm. Yes we can do that and yes we have time this afternoon. Had a little trouble finding their shop - they are tucked away behind bumper to bumper - same building. Long story short / I was in and out in about 30 minutes and my headlights are NOT easily accessible but the mechanic figured out a short cut and had me out in short order. And their price was very reasonable. If you need some mechanical work I'd say this is the place to go. Also, I had my dogs with me and they graciously allowed me to pull my truck into the bay and wait in the truck while they made the repair.
