I would recommend this taxi company as most of the drivers I have had the opportunity to travel with are very polite and usually keep good time. Once we did travel with our then three month old and we did have to provide our own baby seat , but they kept it in their office to be collected later and then despite our telling them to bring it over to the airport they forgot to do it and on one ocassion there were 3 of us with around 120kgs worth of check-in luggage and 30kgs worth hand luggage but they just turned up with a Mondeo. when they should have brought along a trailer or a people carrier in the least and this was after our ringing them up all the way from abroad to confirm etc.

Our plane was late in arriving and somehow signals got crossed and the driver was not there. After a few phone calls, we found each other. It was a quiet and uneventful ride. We have come to rely on the efficient and prompt service we have received from Twelve Transfers. We highly recommend this company. It is nice having a picture of the car and driver who would be taking us from London to Southampton. Karim was waiting for us when we left our hotel. The car was a Jaguar and was most comfortable. They over charge for service that you would better off hailing a cab. They take no responsibility for their actions and simply shrug it off by saying they were on time. Sitting in line to park your taxi (not a luxury van) at the time you were suppose to meet us at the terminal does not mean you are at the airport. Shop around, you will find better service for a lot less money. They charge like a high end car service but clearly they are just a glorified taxi service with fake positive reviews.

The price was great (75 GBP each way) and the drivers were on time! I really liked too that the company confirmed by email and text msg within 24 hrs of each pick up, giving me the name and phone number for the drivers. There were 5 of us, traveling in a big van.
