Our plane was late in arriving and somehow signals got crossed and the driver was not there. After a few phone calls, we found each other. It was a quiet and uneventful ride. We have come to rely on the efficient and prompt service we have received from Twelve Transfers. We highly recommend this company. It is nice having a picture of the car and driver who would be taking us from London to Southampton. Karim was waiting for us when we left our hotel. The car was a Jaguar and was most comfortable. Karim was a very skillful driver getting us out of London in no time and on the motorway to Southampton. It was an uneventful trip. We through enjoyed our conversations with Karim on various topics. He was a very nice young man.

They over charge for service that you would better off hailing a cab. They take no responsibility for their actions and simply shrug it off by saying they were on time. Sitting in line to park your taxi (not a luxury van) at the time you were suppose to meet us at the terminal does not mean you are at the airport. Shop around, you will find better service for a lot less money. They charge like a high end car service but clearly they are just a glorified taxi service with fake positive reviews.

John is reliable, friendly, and a great guy who offers excellent service and extras like bottled water and drinks and always has snacks at the ready. He also managed multiple drop-offs and requests for quick stops for groceries and the ATM with much kindness and patience. He also showed us an out of the way pub near LHR which made us feel like insiders. John works with a network of trusted drivers so 24 hour service is available. Highly recommended.

His wife booked B&H for us. The cab arrived on time - the driver was really pleasant and friendly & drove sensibly around the bends. The fare was considerably cheaper than another cab firm I had recently used from Southminster - the owner of the firm charged me £18 from opposite the pet shop to Bradwell!!!!!! A journey of only 7 miles. I will never use that company again. Thank you B&H - I am now hoping to book a 7 seater with them to take us & friends to the Blue Strawberry for my husband's birthday celebrations & bring us home again. When we arrived we were waiting outside in the cold for 30 minutes before our taxi arrived! We called the company after 10 minutes of waiting and asked where it was, the person on the phone was very nice and said that they would call the car and find out where it was. Another 15 minutes went by and still no taxi. We called again saying that it was still not here and wanted to know where it was, by this point all of us were frustrated and cold. The person on the phone told us that when he called the car the driver said that he was there... we then looked around an empty car park. He then said that he would call the car again and then call us back. We then waited a further 5-10 minutes and the taxi FINALLY arrived. When he got there he didn't open any doors for us nor did he apologise for being late or explain why. Safe to say he did not get a tip and we will NEVER use this taxi company again. WORST TAXI EXPERIENCE EVER.

LCY is easy to navigate and very manageable. It's also easy to get there via the Docklands Light Rail. There are not a lot of amenities at the airport, but there are enough to help pass the time with a coffee or allow you to buy a souvenir I like to use LCY when I am flying to or from the northern continent. Rotterdam has been the destination both times I have used this airport. It's an easy option, mostly used by business travelers and one that continues to be attractive to me when my logistics allow.
