I had a skin test to ensure I didn't have an allergic reaction to the ink, as I've encountered that issue in the past. Sheila is such an incredible nurse who took such great care of me during my microblading appointment. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel comfortable and easy. My first visit in the office I was extremely taken aback by the lack of timeliness and…read morepreparedness. There were only a few pieces of paper to fill out yet they weren't all there and I had to wait for the chaos of paperwork to be figured out before anything could be started. The website says "the BodyLight™ is used for a total of 15 minutes". I was in the office for at least 55 minutes for my first visit, which I was willing to look past as I understand things can happen. But, I purchased a groupon under the impression that I would have an appointment time and that my session would start within 5 to 10 minutes of that time. I work full time and cannot take more than an hour break during the day, but who can take a longer break than that? I had worked it out just right so that I could be there and back in an hour, no problem. The next day when I am still sitting in the lobby TWENTY minutes after my appointment time the act of making an appointment becomes absolutely pointless. Not only have I wasted that hour that I could of still been working but I wasted gas driving across town to your office. I am beyond disappointed in the unprofessionalism and lack of care your office showed me the last two days. That being said, I think it is a very viable claim for me to not want to waste any more time at The Slim Co. office and want a refund for what I purchased under the assumption I would be dealing with a professional office. DO NOT GO ! Complete waste of time and money.
