She helped us with finding quality vendors, keeping us on track/organized through her super helpful portal (which had sections for design planning, vendor contacts, budget, seating charts, to-do list, advice, etc), with a number of scheduled video calls and by checking in via email. We used zola for our website but I regret not going with her option to build a website for us because zola had a lot of frustrating limitations (couldn't even add links or bold things where we needed to). She had a helpful assistant through the prep process and an amazing, kind wedding day team who helped assemble my dream design elements. I'm a designer and made mockups of how I wanted things to look and uploaded pictures to the portal design studio, and they followed my vision so well!! And they even made one part look more tasteful than I had planned - loved it! Maybe more importantly, Andrea and her team basically made everything run smoothly, including packing up all the stuff we gave them to set out at the end of the night and dropping it off at my husband's dad's house since our venue was strict and needed everything out ASAP. What a relief to just show up to the wedding day (and leave) knowing all of those little details were being set up and taken care of - it was awesome! On the day-of, Andrea and her team were connected with the vendors with headsets, making everything run smoothly and communicating with the DJ about who was coming down the aisle for the songs to line up. She also helped us and the rest of the staff adjust and pivot after our ceremony went way overtime (we should've known, our rabbi loves the poetic details, which was beautiful in the moment, and my husband & I probably should've planned for more time knowing that lol). She helped us calm down after realizing how behind we were because she stayed so calm and collected, and calmly walked us through deciding what to shift for the rest of our timeline (we packed a lot of rituals in there). She also swooped in to help when I was having trouble with my makeshift dress bustle (she had worked at a bridal shop in the past - so amazingly helpful!) Andrea is so kind, calm, organized, approachable, and just nice to work with. She talked me through a few anxieties when I was overthinking things and in general, she was super patient with our moments of indecision and neurosis lol. I'm going to miss our rapport and check-ins, it was so nice knowing she had our backs throughout this whole process. Wedding planning is an overwhelming process, so having someone there for us like she was was a total game changer. We can't continue to allow these people to take advantage of us...something MUST be done!! "I was charged a fee of $1,500, I believe I should be compensated for the deplorable conditions and inconvenience I encountered while utilizing your facility. Listed below are the issues I incurred: Upon arrival, the banquet hall had a undesirable odor - the floor was dirty and sticky; the warming oven was never provided; The recommended bartender, who also serves as the general manager, was paid an additional amount of $200 (not included in the contract) - he showed up at least 30-45 minutes late, completely unprepared, including not having any ice, a major inconvenience to me and my guests; Being late and unprepared was one thing, but how can a bartender operate a bar with NO RUNNING WATER and ADAQUATE DRAINAGE!! Prior to signing the contract I was shown the facilities. Once I agreed on your recommended bartender and fee, I had no idea I would be provided a bar without proper set-up such as running water and proper drainage! Your facility initially provided two trashcans with liners - once full and emptied, you don't provide any additional liners - your trash cans smelled and were disgusting - you should at least provide a total of four trash cans for each event (one in each corner of the room) and each should have an additional liner - you are a thriving business, the liners can be purchased in bulk; My coordinator had no idea the sink was inoperable, waste was depositing into a small bowl located under the sink and already filled with nasty, dirty, smelly water (which could have been the source of the undesirable odor in the banquet hall); And finally, the most disappointing was the invasion of ANTS!! We placed our covered chicken on the designated countertop. Once the food table was prepared, we attempted to move the chicken from the counter to the food table and that's when we realized ANTS had invaded our chicken - they were everywhere!! Several guests complained there were ants in their food! Of course, we could not continue to serve the chicken it was ruined - Embarrassing and Completely Unacceptable!"

I paid $450 for professional photography for my daughter's first birthday, a once-in-a-lifetime celebration that cost over $7,000. I trusted this photographer to capture such a special occasion, but the final gallery was extremely disappointing. Many of the photos were taken from low, unflattering angles, had poor composition, or were unnecessarily repetitive. Several important moments were either missed or not captured well. What was even more disappointing was the response afterward. When I raised my concerns, the photographer claimed that the angles had been "edited to eye level." That explanation made little sense. While editing can adjust exposure, color, and cropping, it generally cannot change the original camera angle or perspective. A photo taken from a low angle cannot realistically be transformed into an eye-level shot through editing alone. The photographer also failed to avoid obvious reflections in people's eyeglasses. Can you imagine paying $450 for professional photos, only to receive images in which bright white glare obscures people's eyes and faces? Instead of acknowledging the problems or offering a reasonable solution, Mary, the owner, refused to take responsibility or provide a refund. This was my daughter's once-in-a-lifetime first birthday, and after spending over $7,000 on the celebration, I expected professional-quality photographs that would preserve those memories. Unfortunately, both the quality of the photographs and the customer service fell far below my expectations.

Winnie is multitalented in her wedding photography- she is extremely organized and timely, straightforward and to the point, sweet and humble, and most importantly, will without a doubt deliver the AMAZING SHOTS! Our wedding morning was a little stressful as we were down a hair artist (one called out sick and our lackluster company did not send a replacement artist) and we were also dealing with unpredictable weather with small spouts of thunderstorms rolling through with potential to wreak havoc on our gorgeous garden venue. I can tell what a master she is in her work with the lighting she kept chasing and directing her team so gracefully throughout the day. She even shuttled us around the venue grounds in air conditioning to avoid the wet grounds after the rain as well as the oppressive humidity. Winnie is the kind of artful photographer that bends her creativity and works flexibly with whatever variables she is given to not only get the job done right, but get it done MASTERFULLY. Putting your trust in her is the best thing you can do- all she needs you to do is pose and smile where and how she tells you to. She was also amazing in directing our friends and family in what to do in the photos as they were hot messes in the humidity and excitement of the day! When we opened our sneak peeks the morning after (!!!), we teared up and kept borderline-screaming about how incredible our photos came out. I am not exaggerating when I say many looked like we could be on the front of a bridal magazine. Winnie combined perfect lighting, gorgeous backdrops, artful framing, and intentional directing of us to create the most stunning photos of us that we will cherish forever. We are beyond thrilled with how ALL of our photos turned out and can't wait to frame many of them.
