She only 'cleaned' a few surfaces but left mostly everything else untouched. And she did it in less than 2 hours (a 2bd 2ba) because she barely did anything. I walked through it with her afterwards and caught many things she didn't do like unswept floors, countertops that weren't even wiped down - and she would try and say that something was stained and then I'd ask her to spray her cleaner and it came right off which I knew it would. Or she'd say that she scrubbed this and that and that something was so dirty but it was much better now after she'd worked on it but in reality she hadn't even touched it - ALL LIES! And she never sprayed her cleaner - she just used dry towels but would say her towels were damp with cleaner - another lie. She didn't clean the kitchen sink or the inside or outside of cabinets. She didn't touch the oven or stove, or the laundry machines. While she did clean some things that were big - like windows/screens and the inside of the freezer, she didn't do the inside of the fridge. I didn't catch everything so I paid her what I had agreed to because I'm an honest person. But then I had to go back on several occasions when I felt up to it to clean everything she didn't. This meant I was getting on my hands and knees to clean floors and the inside of bottom cabinets with a bad back and pelvis. She never even brought a broom with her! So basically she ROBBED me of money I didn't have in the first place - living below the poverty line on disability - but she didn't care. And she was super kind and accommodating knowing she was going to rip me off - that's part of how she gets away with it. Don't fall for it - she will fool you if she can and prey on your kindness and honesty. She's a thief and her business is a scam.

They asked me how it was before they left…read moreand looking over things it looked fine, but the next couple of days I found so many things that were not done, silly things, like half the dining table was cleaned and half was missed. The kitchen counters were not completely cleaned, they didn't move anything it seems and in the back corners they just didn't touch it at all. They kept asking me if I wanted things dusted, I was shocked, of course, it was supposed to be a deep cleaning. The floors were not done well, the base boards were incomplete, it was not a deep cleaning. There were many red flags I should have listened. They place got broken into the day they were supposed to come so they cancelled, and said they would call me later in the day to reschedule, that was a Friday. I didn't hear anything, no problem these things happen. But I never got a call back and I actually had to call them on Tuesday to get it rescheduled, and Neal just said so sorry I'm really not a flake. So ok, I get it, things happen. But after the poor cleaning job, I emailed them because they were leaving for vacation. I mapped out all the things that were missed and that I was disappointed for the cleaning. It has now been 3 weeks since I emailed them and I have not heard a peep. So long story short, they are unprofessional and did a very poor job. I would stay far far far away from them.
