The drivers are kind, patient, helpful, and take my lead if i am in a chatty mood or prefer some quiet time. Prices are reasonable and you can set your account up to include gratuities so no scrambling last minute for cash tip for the driver. I choose them every time- sure they may cost more than ube but i gladly give a few extra bucks for this family-run business, and for my own peace of mind.
