The morning of the night I was to fly in, I called Scott Green, who happens to own the business, and not only was he able to provide a luxurious Lincoln Town Car, he also picked me up himself and he offered a fantastic flat rate. Even with tip, I paid less than base fare for a taxi. The customer service was impeccable. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, explaining the details of his business - he worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and boy, does it show. He was pleasant, chatty, knowledgable, personable and reassuring. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and Scott knew exactly where to go because he has regulars in the same neighborhood. BUT, once we returned we were in for a big letdown. I notified the driver when we got to the designated spot (early). But after not receiving any response and by then late for pickup time I decided to call. The driver said he would have someone come but it would be another 30 minutes or so. I told him that we were pushed to get to the airport and needed better. He told me we must give him a 2-hour notice for this. But he and I had already texted about the time the night before (and the reservation had been set up weeks before). Ray and his amazing team of drivers never let me down. The cars are always immaculate, there are phone chargers and bottles of water available. They are early for an on-time pick up, every time. The drivers are kind, patient, helpful, and take my lead if i am in a chatty mood or prefer some quiet time. Prices are reasonable and you can set your account up to include gratuities so no scrambling last minute for cash tip for the driver. I choose them every time- sure they may cost more than ube but i gladly give a few extra bucks for this family-run business, and for my own peace of mind.
