Over time, I noticed that not only would lab work that was ordered never be followed up on, NOR results of annual Wellness Exams, but when I would have no choice but to see another NP, (one of them who may no longer be there?)...would call to my attention that she noticed lab results in my file that were VERY concerning, & was wondering why these had never been followed up on?! No one had told me they were needing to be addressed. Frankly, it was one thing after another...until it became, in my mind, a pattern of NEGLIGENCE.
