I have been plagued with dry flaky and very red irritated skin for over 4 years now. I tried every OTC (Over The Counter) skin lotions. Some dried it more, some burned, some made it inflamed. It was pure torture. I didn't even like going out in public, if I did I would use tons of oils to try to make my skin stay moist, but it never lasted long. Plus it would get in my eyes and irritate and burn. Finally after a year I finally got an appointment to get in and see Dr. Cirelli. I made sure not to put anything on my face and it was so dry and flaky you could see it a mile away. Dr Cirelli, came in with his magnifying head gear on in his head expecting to use them to see. But as soon as he walked in, he could see my flaky face. He prescribed medicated lotion and antibiotics. After 3 days my skin was so awesome looking, I haven't see my face so smooth and bright without all that flaky and redness. I am so happy with my results! I am so glad I finally feel normal again!

He did a biopsy and it came back negative. If he would had looked at her history from a previous visit then he would know that this was another cancer. However we received a phone call and no further treatment. After this episode we decided to go to Arizona Dermatology and when we finally were seen this is what was on her leg. See Photo. They did a biopsy and it came back cancer and they recently excised it. Another issue we had with Dr. Cirelli, he never looked at her history or knew who she was when we went to see him. We saw him about 6 times.
