Today I went to pick up a package that arrived THAT MORNING and it took a solid half hour for them to find it. Not only that, but my sister was with me and they found a letter that had arrived for her...in 2014, which they had never given to her, and she goes there fairly regularly. Wow, only 4 years late. I will not use this company again. I just can't tolerate that level of incompetence.

They are extremely prompt with their replies to emails, telephone calls etc. I think that American Mail and Parcel goes above and beyond their job descriptions. I have both a business and personal account with them and wouldn't trade them for the world. In fact, if Shawn were to leave this company and start a new one I would go there! Carton Co driver drove his tractor trailer over my property in Virginia Beach Va and then left the…read morescene. Attempts to get restitution with the company have resulted in no response at all. His trailer was 7 to 8 feet inside the curb, tore up turf and landscaping and barely missed a fire hydrant by less than a foot. Driver put his rig in an residential street that is hardly big enough for a UPS truck to maneuver. Carton nees to take responsibility for their drivers actions.
