Her husband worked in the kitchen for most of the 4 hours but never cleaned the cabinet surfaces and floor had dirt in corners The living room just needed to be vacuumed, dusted, and mopped. We hired Bannister's in 2012 to put on siding and a roof. They never showed up. More contacts, no response. They finally showed up to assess the damage, 8 years later and told us the damage was caused by water and they would fix it. In contacting them to find out when they would show up to do the repairs we were told they were swamped and would get to us when they could, They never came back. Then covid hit. I reached out to them again this spring and received no response at all, so I can only assume they will not make the repairs. We assume that the damage was caused from not being sealed properly. 9 years later we ended up with a house that is falling apart along with brand new windows molding and birds making their home in the holes. So even though they claim to operate with integrity and honesty, beware, as I should of! And by the way, I do not live n California, I live in Burlington, Vt.
