First time I spoke with Edward he was very nice and professional. He made me feel that we were in good hands. He had the jumper I needed and he threw in some tables and chairs for an awesome deal. Three days before our party I was freaking out because rain was forecasted. He assured me that everything was going to turn out okay and that he would continue to hold our rental until the party. When it comes to your children, TRUST is a high priority for us. Well with Edward trustworthy is what you get! Edward confirmed with us the day before my son's 2nd birthday party. He would have called two days in advance but it fell on Thanksgiving. On the day of, Edward beat us to the park and called to remind us to bring our jumper permit in case the city came to check. He set up the jumper, we signed some waivers and told us he would be back at 1:30 to break down the jumper. The jumper was clean and spotless. Our son and his friends had so much fun...even the adults were in there bouncing around! All around great service from beginning to end! We brokered the deal over the phone for a weekend rental, called me a day in advance, and showed up up 30 minutes early. I called Edward for a Disney-themed bounce house for my daughters 1st birthday. He promptly returned my call and set the whole thing up over the phone. When he came to set up, the area that would have been ideal was soaking wet due to sprinklers being on way too long. He set the bounce house up in an area where it barely fit but he made it work. The bounce house was huge (I'm almost 40 and I was jealous of the kids who would get to use it). We had a large party (60-70 people) and the bounce house was not something I wanted to stress about. No problem... Edward and his partner set it up quickly and dealt with the location difficulties with expertise. Several of the kids that used the bounce house said to me "this is the best birthday party I have ever been to". I don't think it was due to the one year old opening her presents. I'm pretty sure it was due to the awesome Disney bounce house. There were kids still in there when Edward came to pick it up (after 5 hours).
