Additional details: They bailed on the job and REFUSED to reschedule to ANY new date or time, despite our pleading. Our appointment was well after an early winter storm. Any evidence of the storm was well gone by the time our appointment rolled around. Nonetheless, the company disingenuously used that storm as an excuse to reshuffle their commitments.
