I've had horrible experiences with daycare, so bad to the fact that actually had to sue a daycare for negligence bc they left my one year old at the time alone on a big kid's playground and she was injured pretty badly, needless to say, I had trust issues. When I found this daycare I was skeptical bc of the one bad review, but after coming and taking a tour, my mind changed immediately. Ms. Rosa (2 year old teacher) is gentle and so loving with the toddlers, so much that I feel I'm leaving her with a family member. I love the fact that my daughter is being taught manners and responsibility at such a young age just like she were home. When I go in there it's "take your elbows off the table" "no chewing with your mouth open". This is the way I was raised and I really appreciate the fact that they go the extra mile to teach them home manners. Believe it or not, they serve real food here as well, not just chicken nuggets and fries out of a box. For breakfast my LO gets French toast with fruit, pancakes, etc. And for lunch it's always a home cooked meal like rice and beans with chicken and salad on the side. Baby girl loves it c she wasn't raised on fast food so she doesn't like any of that frozen stuff they give kids in daycare. I trust these people to be fullest. My job just relocated me and we also moved away from that area and I have no problem waking up early and driving the few extra miles to bring her here bc I know she will be in great hands.

After we went through the papers together, we both say she was incorrect so I asked for my check. She still refused and became frustrated with me. I became frustrated back stating I didn't want to involve my attorney. I called Legal Shield from her lobby. I just don't understand why I can't get my $180+ dollars that I overpaid back. Why is it this hard?? I caution you with doing business with them, as they seem to be unethical in their business practices.

At 7 months of age i was hesitant to send her to daycare but wanted to go back to work part time and also needed more time to get things done. I could not be happier with the care my daughter receives here. There are two live cameras which I check in with frequently throughout the day. Any issues or concerns are immediately addressed by the director and rectification is communicated with me. The women who staff the room are nurturing and truly care about the babies. I specially like that they hold them to bottle feed and rock them to sleep. She is never just laying there crying, they are very attentive. Highly recommend!

Conway seemed to be lack of staff. Communication never aligned, excuse after excuse. The director seemed to avoid conversation and wouldn't speak to me unless I would engage into conversation. The Summer program was not followed though. Over half of the activities and field trips never happened. One of the fieldtrips my child attended didn't even have our permission to attend!?!? Lack of activities was very disappointing. What were we paying for? $1600 for what???? Live The video definitely displayed the lack of supervision of the children at most times. Children pushing each other and none the wiser? Ridiculous! The language being tolerated while at camp and coming back to my home was very unnerving. Lunches, we'll as I know, the facility follows a health program. I was never provided a weekly menu. Child would be picked up hungry. This has been very disappointing experience. While it's a daycare, they also have a curriculum that will help for school going later. My son is a little too small for that to really come into play but I like the idea behind it. The only negative is there's been some change in staff recently and I am not good at knowing every one's name but with pregnant teachers and the continuing pandemic some shift and coverage is to be expected.

I've visited maybe 12 daycare around winter park and I am so happy that I found Loving Earth at the end! I've never met teachers and personnel more friendly, smiling and warm than here! I feel that it will be the perfect place for our son so far, safe, a really clean environment and lot of fun things for the kids! Everyone seems happy and we just feel so welcoming !
