When asked how I get refills I was told I would need to come in and get established with one of their current providers. Until I could get established with a new provider I would not have access to any of my medication. This is patient abandonment! It's a shame, Catherine James was the best provider I've ever seen and I will truly miss her. But Ribera Healthcare has put people in danger with how they're handling her departure.

This same man is currently accused of drugging over 300 of his patients and being investigated for potential responsibilities in the deaths of 36. This man's care quality is drug his patients to shut them up. He is an awful psychiatrist and if I could rate him negatively I would. I can't believe he has a yelp or even 4 stars. I just happened to be searching up the news article for my current therapist and saw this. People deserve to know the truth. This makes me not want to trust them with my health they obviously lack attention to detail. During that time, I had many different care givers, with various skill levels. I had to continually show them where things were and explain my schedule. This was tiring since I was not physically well at the time. Several times I had to call the company when a worker did now show up. Also, I was only allowed to change the work hours once per week. I was "scolded" by management when I sent a worker home early (even though I knew I was paying her salary for the entire time of the original schedule). As I was getting better, I required fewer hours of assistance and was eventually able to stop using their services. The care givers were all attentive to my needs, but their inconsistent skill levels made me think they needed more training. Also, some sort of written list of what the workers could and could not do would have been helpful. I also had a lot of trouble getting a copy of the contractual agreement I signed for their services. I was not provided one when I signed it, but at that time I too sick to remember to ask for one. This company was able to provide immediate services at reasonable price, but the inconsistent employee skill level, the problems encountered when dealing with management, and their rigid adherence of scheduling were all problems that lead me to give this company a less than stellar rating.

I was new to the area and going through a very difficult time - "a dark night of the soul" - so to speak, in addition to experiencing a 45% cut in pay since moving from another state. For her very expensive rate I assumed her skills and ability would be accurate and impressive, since her rate was comparable to a media-known psychic, etc. My time with her proved to be a waste of sacrificed money. She stated herself that she could not connect with me and therefore agreed to refund me 50% of her fee if what she "saw" did not materialize within her stated timeframe. I knew that would put her integrity and authenticity to the test. As I intuited, what she predicted did not occur and I emailed her twice requesting the refund she offered and agreed upon. I never heard from her. I have encountered people like this through out my lifetime before, and my own spiritual growth has allowed me the opportunity to bless and release knowing that we get back what we put forth - it's the law of the universe.
