They were fast, friendly, and efficient. They came right on time which I appreciate; made me an appointment asap and we needed a quick response due to listing our house right after carpets were cleaned. They were even a little early. But I love that! I love punctuality. It shows ambition to do a good job and respect for the consumers time. I asked how long they thought and when they were done it was even a bit sooner than expected. They wore booties to not make more of a mess, asked me for a broom to clean up anything that was left due to their work. They made sure i was satisfied and asked me to look at the job before leaving. They told me the complications with one spot that had a little bit of stain and wear that was left and couldn't do much about it. But it did look ten times better than before and I couldn't get it out with my steady cleaner. Which I had planned on using before calling for a carpet cleaner. Excellent job cleaning our white carpets in the house we were moving into. He paid special attention to the tricky floorboard area too. I had him clean our well worn couch and he did a great job there as well. I cannot say enough good about this company. They returned my phone call promptly and gave me a phone quote. I have laminate flooring and a number of small area rugs. After researching numerous options, some of which were quite expensive and involved taking my carpets into a store location, I chose this company. Eric, the owner, showed up on time, and helped me move each of my area rugs into my garage area. I believe they cleaned a total of 6 area rugs, and charged me only their minimum fee. The rugs all turned out great! I am so glad to have found this company and Eric is so helpful and friendly. I will be using them in the future for any and all carpet cleaning. Eric did a great job on the carpets. He was very flexible when I asked him to clean part of the sofa and also put a protector on the carpets. I did not mention this part until he came out. Having had carpets cleaned by other businesses in the Salem area, we were a bit leary. We will never use another carpet cleaning service again!
