This place should not be in business! I have been using this as my drycleaner for several years because it was convenient to get to. I don't use a dry cleaner much because I only dress up every so often. Some of my clothes are pretty expensive though. The fact that I've been going here for years is important because of the utter disregard for a loyal customer. If I could give a half-star, I would. I brought an expensive shirt to this dry cleaner, and it was returned completely ruined. Despite the damage, I was still charged ($2.50 *principal* )for the cleaning--an unprofessional move that adds insult to injury. I was told the color bleeding was due to the shirt's design, but I've had this same shirt cleaned before elsewhere without any issues. There was no stain or bleeding on the shirt when I brought it in. When I picked up the shirtThey attached a tag claiming the stain couldn't be avoided, but I disagree. The care label clearly states it can be dry cleaned, which is exactly why I brought it in. This experience was scathing from start to finish. What's most frustrating is being forced to pay for a service that destroyed my clothing. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to stay away from this unaffiliated location. And the lady is RUDE. read more

I get all of my Dry Cleaning done here. They are pretty fast, fairly friendly, and inexpensive. I guess there are other Dry Cleaners that might do fancier things for more money, but I'm a simple kinda guy and A Cleaner does everything I need. They have a drive thru option but if there is a line it is always faster just go walk in. Sometimes around rush hour it can be tough to get in and out of. read more

A Cleaners is my first ever dry cleaning experience and they knocked it out of the park! For 4 men's dress shirts, the bill came to $4.25!!! Why didn't I bring my husband's shirts to a cleaner sooner?!?! (I HATE ironing with a passion!!) I like the drive thru service. The lady I dealt with was friendly and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I had no clue what the protocol was... Or what level of starching, etc to do. She even helped load the items into the car for me. I'm bringing more shirts there tomorrow! read more

Took a 100% silk comforter to be dry cleaned here a while back. When we came to get it there were iron marks all over the silk. This was a $300+ Comforter and when we asked for reimbursement they were extremely uncouth and rude when this was their fault. Terrible customer service. read more

They do an ok job, and their prices are pretty good. However, service is mediocre to poor. I still don't get recognized after two-plus years as a customer, and I was recently chastised for not unbuttoning my shirts before they're dropped off. read more

I think this place has changed ownership since the last reviews... not 100% sure though. I've taken things here many many times and usually have a good experience. They're fast and cheap. Not a lot of interaction and I'm happy with that. Yesterday though I picked up 2 white shirts and 3 pants. One of the two white shirts was covered on every inch with black lint like it had been washed with a black wool coat. Inside and out. I tried lint rolling it off but I just ended up wrinkling the shirt again. It's really not worth driving back to and making a big deal about it but it's something that was so noticeable (and it was on the front of the bag) that it shouldn't have been considered clean. Then I was looking at the pants. Two identical pair but of different color, one they ironed to crease on the front of each leg and the other the ironed flat. Do I really care that much? No. But it's inconsistent and random. Might look for another place. read more

They do such wonderful dry cleaning! We dropped off a huge load of things to be cleaned and everything came back great the next day!

Horrible customer service. My item wasn't clean. Told the clerk I shouldn't have to pay for an item that's not clean. But she still insisted that I had to pay since they did what they were "supposed" to do... Wouldn't take my business there again since I personally don't believe that's what a cleaner is supposed to do. read more

Been doing business with them for many years but that means nothing to them. Took 18 shirts in recently; three required dry cleaning service. Four still had stains and my nicest silk shirt had two holes in it. Owner insisted they were not liable for the damage and would not offer compensation, insisting that the shirt came in with them, alluding that I must have moths in my clothes hamper. Give me a break. They have completely lost my business now. read more

I have been here at lot, and for basic things they do an OK job. The issue is if any problems with your clothes arise. God forbid a button break or any other issue come up with the dry cleaning, they'll claim it came that way and that the material was cheap. The final issue that came up was coming by with 8 items, one of which had some cat hair on it. I was told that it would be 5 extra dollars to clean that item in order to get the cat hair off, and I said it would be fine for that one item...come to pick it up a few days later and they charged for every single item, and insisted that I told them to remove cat hair from everything I turned in (nothing else had an issue). Regardless, after trying to discuss it with the lady in charge there and then asking to see discuss it with the manager...the issue has yet to be resolved. On top of it all my clothes are being held hostage. Keep in mind I've been a customer here for over 5 years, bringing stuff by twice a month, so they know me. If you're new to town and looking for a new dry cleaner, steer clear of this place. read more

The owner is rude and irresponsible! Her language barrier is significant. She only greets certain clients. I personally delivered my pant suit to her on December 18th. She didn't speak or say thank you, only asked for my telephone number. I returned the next day On Dec 19th at 5:00 p.m. to obtain my suit and again was rudely greeted. She returned my ticket and told me that my suit had been picked up at 3:49 pm. As I knew I hadn't paid for my suit or otherwise picked it up, I was in shock! She lied and said someone had my phone number so she gave my $309 Calvin Klein pant suit to another customer! I informed her my family does not reside in the city and that she needed to call whomever she gave my suit! She rudely dismissed me and told me to move my car aside so she could help others! When I entered the store she and her husband rudely ignored me. She told me they would have to review their three security cameras to see to whom she gave my suit! Even more rudely she told me they didn't have time to review the camera until they closed at 7:00 pm!! Her daughter Michelle who speaks good English called me around 7:45 to apologize. They still do not know who has my suit and lied about who they contacted! A Hispanic female employee informed me when I called today that they don't know about my pant suit and they do not pay to replace it!! She would not provide her name. Never ever use this dry cleaner if you are a professional woman! I rarely visited this cleaners because of the terrible customer service, and paused the day I took my pant suit.
