At Woshbox the staff were friendly, they had a small candy bowl which made me feel valued as a customer, and they seemed organized and dedicated to quality work. I loved their transparency of prices online and they had very competitive prices. For my first visit I took a few suit jackets and they were ready in a couple days and were perfectly cleaned and with their online system it was clearly communicated when they were clean. The sign on the door indicated that they were open until five. I called the telephone number from their website but got voicemail. I left a voicemail with my telephone number. They did not call me to tell me they would be closing early. I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned for the past 25 years. I have never experienced service so unprofessional in my entire life. I said something about it and they said they didn't want to go too far down in the suede so that's all they could do. So then a couple weeks later when I open the bag of my clothes to wear one of the shirts, it STILL had the red stains on them! I took them back to complain and the lady just kept saying it wasn't her fault, that she just worked behind the counter. Ok, idc who's fault it is, let's make it right. I mean c'mon, so she said she'd get it taken care of. Came back when they called (uggs we're fine) but the stains on the yellow shirts have bleached out marks from them attempting to get the red out. I brought this to their attention and all they said was that red was the hardest to come out and that's why they didn't want to bleach it out the first time. Ok, soooooo, you weren't gonna tell me that?? I never got compensated for any of this which was all close to $100. Worst customer service, cleaners ever!!!! I will never go back.
