The biggest washer was 6.50 and the lady working there was nice enough to let me know I didn't need the biggest one for the amount of laundry I had because the machine could handle more than expected. She also helped me with the coin exchange machine and the dryers without me asking because she noticed it was my first time and I was having trouble. While in the store, everything looked good except one of my ties, which was blue. It had yellow stains on it. I brought it up to the employee and the cleaner admitted to making the mistake. They did settle with me by looking up the tie online. I got $25, which I'll use to get a replacement one. This process was simple and easy. I did notice that my crème colored overcoat had red lint on it, presumably from my red peacoat that I also got cleaned. When I got home, I inspected the items and found that my north face jacket was still dirty. That jacket and several other of my blazers/coats either still had stains or were very linty! A good portion of the items had wrinkles in them as well. My white blazer and crème north face were two items that were not very clean. My ties did get clean tho! I wish I had taken a before picture as they were really dirty. Overall, it was an okay experience. They're so busy and have so many customers, I expected more, honestly. Yes, the items are cleaner than I brought in, but I just don't feel this is the standard for dry cleaning. Maybe I'd return. I'm not sure. I wear a lot of suit jackets and they do an excellent job of getting them clean, including deodorant stains, wear smells, creases, etc. The jackets come home fresh and clean, the arms are stuffed so that they do not get wrinkled in the car, and they use nice hangars so they don't get creases in the shoulders. Admittedly, they may be slightly more expensive than the other place that is on every street corner in GSO, but in my experience the competitors don't get my clothes clean - so I would rather pay a little extra and have clean and well kept clothes! I came across Laundry Unlimited, and it's probably the nicest laundromat I've ever been to!!! First of all it's modern, so you don't need to lug around quarters!!! Second, the facility itself was extremely clean, and there was an attendant on site if you needed help. Even walking into the establishment was easy - imagine they have wide sliding doors that automatically open, so you're not having to juggle bags and try to open the door simultaneously! Pricing was a little more expensive than your average laundromat, but in my opinion it was worth it, to be able to do your laundry in a spacious and clean environment. One important thing to note, the laundromats are high tech now! They have touch screen, and it's best to install the Speed Queen App on your phone before coming here. I admit it did take me like 2 minutes to get everything set up. You can add a payment method, then you add funds to the app. There is a vending machine where you can also pay by cash as well. You will need to go into the App and select the Machine number. You can either start by selecting options through your phone or on the touch screen. There are the usual settings and options for Temperature, Washing Type etc. I loved that they had a bedding option! All in all, if I have bulky items for washing, I'm coming here!!!

We're on the way to take in the Wyndham Cup at PGA course nearby, and had a load to do. Why not? Being on the road ( a cross country trip of 5 days) one sullies a tog or two. Important note: probably don't want to wander into the Vietnamese place 3 doors down... we did, only to find ourselves in an awkward situation where we quickly ordered cafe su das. It appeared to be a private club...awkward...but the 5 or so guys in there were friendly and we were served by a rather incredibly good looking girl in the kitchen. One of the guys offered us a pot of hot tea, which we drank, in addition to the coffee we ordered... and that felt a little weird. Because who drinks tea with coffee?... but then we were in a place we might not have been wholly welcomed. Anyway, we digress. Great laundry place with respectful, nice folks for fellow customers.
