I had two shirts, one polo and one lightweight pullover. Both had severe ink stains on them that had been washed and dried. I tend to take days to get things out of the dryer because I don't have a lot of laundry. I noticed it after several days and tried treating myself. Nothing would put a dent in it. They then sat on my washer for at least 6 months because I didn't think there was any hope for them. I decided to take them to Eric and he even said its extremely likely they won't come out. I was prepared to trash both. They somehow got every single ink stain out of both and the shirts look great. When I picked them up, he reiterated it was a near miracle they came out and he still couldn't believe it. All of that being said at least give them an opportunity to get tough stains out. basic dry cleaning and they've got you covered. They will have all of my future business. read more

When I stopped working in High Point, going to my old cleaners was no longer an option. I tried some of the more known places but had broken buttons on shirts, poorly pressed seams on jackets, and general dissatisfaction with others here in Greensboro. Then I read Fred B.'s review from 10 years ago, and some more recent ones and decided to give them a try. Well they rushed a bunch of stuff through in one day at drop-off but I misread the hours - and made a wrong turn, arriving 2 minutes after they closed with the door locked and me thinking I better get up really early the next day to get my cleaning. Thankfully they were still inside getting ready to go - saw me approach and unlocked the door - SAVED! Well, everything they cleaned and pressed was not only perfect but the packaging and presentation were also perfect. We have used many dry cleaners over the years. Some were chains and others were the more expensive ones so you would think they were the best. Ultra is not only not expensive, they are extremely good. We found them a few years ago and have been very happy ever since. They take special care of all of our clothes. They greet us like family. Started going here about a year ago and have to say they're the best dry cleaners in town! The owners are extremely nice, they get things done fast, the prices are fair, and they even opened up a drive through during COVID to make things safer and more convenient. They also do alterations (although full disclosure I haven't had alterations done here yet). They are near the end of a strip mall where there used to be a Harris Teeter. I live fairly far up near brown summit but still make the drive over since I know I can count on them. read more

This dry cleaner is a little off the beaten path located in a strip mall that appears to be mostly vacate now that Harris Teeter has moved out. The place was clean and neat, the counter service was prompt friendly and knowledgeable. They print off a very nice detailed computer generated claim check that shows exactly what you dropped off and when it will be ready along with the pricing. This is a MAJOR step up from other places we tried where you get an illegible carbon copy that tells you virtually nothing. They offered next day service as the default. I inspected the clothes (a 2 pc suit, 2 dress shirts and 3 ties) when I got home with them and their quality of work was excellent. We moved here last year from NY, not sure if it is the difference in weather but we were used to MANY quality dry cleaning places. This is the 3rd place that I have tried since moving here and the only one that I would heartily recommend. read more
