A few more texts and she finally responded that she had been called into work. The following morning, I attempted to buy the furniture again. She said her husband had sold it. So far we have spent $37 and been to more stores then I can count and still have it missing, she won't return my emails. Since I wasn't under contract with her, the previous owners were I couldn't fight her. I will be reporting her to Sun City Summerlin and hope she won't get permits. She's the only estate sale person who charges a fee

I have attended sales all over Vegas in the past year, and in my opinion Sterling is the most professional operation in the area. Their sales are well organized, they provide baskets for bulk purchases. They price their items fairly to maximize the profits for the estate holders, but also approiately discount on day 2 to clear the estate as much as possible. Their team is friendly and helpful. As a reseller, I go on day 2 looking for items to resell, and I ALWAYS come away with great items with enough meat on the bone to make a profit. Lidia is pleasant to deal with, and is willing to make a fair deal on items late on day 2, as the sale is closing. We have found some great prices on day 2 for fabulous mid century items to decorate our new home. Approach her with a fair offer and pleasant demeanor, and I have found her a joy to do business with. The role of an estate sale company is to clear a home of its contents and getting fair market pricing for used goods. In my view, Sterling strikes THE appropriate balance. My wife and I are frequent attendees at their sales.
