Arrive to pick up our order with a Uhaul. Walked in told the "ACTING MANAGER" we were here to pick up our base boards. He said "Tell your guy to park at the double glass doors". I walked out tell my husband to move the truck to the location the "ACTING MANAGER " said to. Suddenly a older man comes around the corner of the building yelling "Hey!!! Pick up your shit." My husband rolled his window down asking the guy what shit. The older man yells "I saw you drop that (huge styrofoam box). My husband says I literally just pulled in I did drop anything the back of the truck is not open. The older man proceeded to advance towards the Uhaul as though he was going to do something. I told the older man we didn't drop anything. He said well that wasn't here a minute ago. My husband tells him you didn't see anything but you blaming me. The older man yells "You're a liar". Today is a super windy day so chances are it blew in to the driveway. The "ACTING MANAGER " comes out. I ask what's going on? Why are we being accused of something we didn't do. He sees my husband and he's entire demeanor changes. "ACTING MANAGER" starts yelling at me. He yelled at me "can't somebody have a bad day?" I told him is this how you treat all of your customers? He says "YOU WANT YOUR STUFF or NOT?". Then "ACTING MANAGER" continues with his sarcasm, unprofessionalism by manhandling the items. I asked to speak with the owner, we were denied. Asked for the phone number of the owner, we were denied. I videotaped the whole thing. Back in January we ordered the based boards and was told it would be there in March. In March we were notified that our order was available for pick up. We arrive and the order was wrong. We were understanding that they had to place another order and it would take a additional 4-8weeks. Fast forward 4 weeks. We rented a Uhaul and this horrible interaction happens. I went to this shop First time to visit this store I have a very bad experience. I am the first customer that day and the man name Adam is the one who help me. At the very first time I told him I am looking for the affordable baseboard because I am in a budget. It's look like he lost of interest to help me, when I said I'm looking for the less expensive one. But he still help me and giving me an attitude when I ask which one of those baseboard are less expensive. Of course I am the customer and want to know all the details of the product that I'm gonna buy. He is not a big help everything I ask he making facial reactions that he is irritated. I bought 29 pieces of baseboard and 30 corners that day, I gave him a sales that day even though he has attitude to me. When I got home I called the store and spoke with Adam and I told him I need those get delivered to my house because I can't find someone to help me to pick it up my 29 pcs baseboard. He just only ask me my order number but he did not ask where they gonna deliver. Did not ask my address! Then he hang up! When I called back to tell him my address he never pick it up the phone. I called every minute so I can give my address. I called 11 times but no luck. Never answer the phone ! If only I can cancel my transaction I will definitely gonna do that. But that's the only place that close to my place that's why I don't have a choice. And I really needed my baseboard. Stay away from this store customer service is so bad! I don't know if Adam is the owner or a manager but he is so snooty and he is not very helpful. He has an attitude when he is helping me he supposed to be nice to their customers especially to me, because I am his first customer of that morning and I gave him a big sales but what I got is very bad service! I am an emergency room doctor in Las Vegas and, given the shortage in personal protective equipment during the coronavirus pandemic, have been searching for an essential piece of life-saving gear. I have been unable to find it anywhere locally or nationally, online or in person. I called One Stop Trim Shop to see whether they had it and was informed they did not, however Adam told me he would call around town and see if he could locate it. Given the lengths I had already gone to and the number of phone calls and emails I had made/sent I did not hold out much hope. Within the hour Adam called back to let me know that he had located it and would pick it up for me so that I could grab it on my way to my shift. He then refused to charge me. If you have any business to send their way in these trying times, you will not regret it. God bless you guys! read more

New business in town. Last visit there failed to communicate information on a restocking fee. They didn't like to be questioned on it. On next visit they said they felt threatened so I was told they didn't want my business. I guess if I can't question a charge that shows up in my credit card I probably shouldn't go there anyway.
