The nice man, Clinton, showed up the very same day, was clean cut, his car was not dripping oil all over my driveway and he actually had a very pleasant personality. I walked him into my house and showed him my computer and told him what the issue was but he actually had remembered everything I had told him earlier on the phone, finally!! someone that listens. Anyway, he said it would take a little bit to figure the issues out but that he thought he could definitely figure it out and I would be able to function on the computer once again.
