Established in 2019.

Elaine Ryan has been involved in coaching since 2016. She left a full-time career in business to pursue her passion for psychology, coaching and helping others. Her qualifications include: Masters in Organisational Behaviour (2003), Smurfit Business School Certificate in Cyberpsychology (2010), IADT "Take the Steps" short course (2014), Positive Psychology Ireland Accredited Diploma in Executive & Life Coaching (2016), Positive Success Group Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics (2016) - QQI Level 6, Distinction Certificate in Career Coaching (2018), Positive Success Group
