I needed the compost dumped in one spot as I am sharing it with my neighbor and the mulch in a different spot closer to my garden. He picked up the materials in a timely manner, dumped them in the 2 designated areas and even put a tarp under each pile and the two materials did not get mixed together at all even though they were in the same trailer. I was impressed that with such a big trailer he was able to dump the mulch within feet of the gate I will be using to bring it into the garden. Paul has also done elm removal for me and other yard work and always does a thorough job and does not leave a mess behind or wreck anything like bricks or pavers or other yard decor in the process of removing the elms and carries away all of the debris. I called for an estimate and they showed up right on time with a truck and trailer. The estimate was reasonable and they offered to take everything right away. In 45 minutes all three sites were clean -- a very fast and excellent job. I was also glad to see that they heeded my warning to avoid snagging a sprinkler head that poked up in the path to the front. S&H takes credit cards through the Square System which I find more convenient than check or cash. Highly recommended and I am certain that I will use their services again.

They hauled a bunch of junk left by the previous owner of our new property and even emptied a recycle bin that had been left full of trash, then swept the area. They actively communicated via text when they thought there might be a delay. Will def use them again! Why wait till tomorrow when they can haul it today?! FYI they can't take chemicals but they gave us contact info for ACTenviro to dispose of the cleaning products that had been left at the house.

Beware if you are seeking correct location of your utilities…read more We hired MT to locate our underground utilities to find an electrical break. They were on time and marked the utilities, estimating a break within 10 feet of their flagging. We hired a repair service to dig up the marked area to repair the break. Before they would begin they verified the marked location by MT. They disagreed with MT's flagging of our gas line, believing it was in the same area as the electric line. They re-marked the area and dug up my yard. The area where that MT marked my electric line correct, but the actual break was no where near where MT had indicated. It was incorrect by over 30 feet. The gas line that MT marked was completely wrong. If the repair contractor had dug where MT indicated we would have cut the gas line. I paid MT $270. Since their marked locations were wrong, I asked for a refund of 50% or $135. I agree they did the work, but it was wrong and frankly dangerous. MT responded they would send someone out to see the issue. I told them the trench was open that day and I could send photos. I also left their flagging so they would understand the issue. They declined to come when the utilities were exposed and said they'd come the following week. They never showed. They did not split the costs with me. The work was completed 1-25-24, in Santa Fe, NM. I have documented emails and receipts.
