We needed help unloading a POD storage unit from our drive way into the house after our cross-country move. These guys helped me with short notice after another Albuquerque company we booked bailed on us. Overall, we highly recommend! There were easy to text (which I appreciate, because I hate talking on the phone) and set up arrival and details. They texted an hour before they arrived, were ready to work, worked quickly and safely and were communicative (asked questions, checked in on location of items, etc). They were friendly and you can tell they really wanted to do a great job. They actually finished a job that we had planned for 3 hours in slightly under 2 hours. That's incredible! What a bunch of jokers. Took forever to get a call back. Was told, call next week to confirm which I did. The day Junk Brothers was schedule to come, they ghosted me. Didn't respond to phone messages or text, NOTHING. I had arranged for other trades people to be on site and help them. Somehow they all were able to show up. I needed some help moving from downtown Albuquerque to the Heights. I requested a quote on Yelp, and Junk Brothers replied to me within minutes. They answered all my questions and accommodated my preferred moving date. On moving day, they arrived ready to work. There was no parking in front of either of my residencies which made the process a bit longer. Despite the commute between the moving truck and apartments, everything went extremely well with nothing damaged. It took about four hours to move everything from point A to point B. We were needing yard clean-up and I had been seeing their box truck around town and thought instead of using a well known company, I'd use a small local company. Boy was I wrong. I called them and couldn't leave a message, because their mailbox was full. Strike One. Then I thought I'd use their on-line contact and text them pictures of the yard. I received a text stating to text another number. Not a problem...did that. Several days went by and no reply. I text them again. Several more days went by with no replay. Strike Two. Then I thought I'd email them the pictures...done. Received an email stating that someone would call me soon. That was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Strike Three. This company has poor customer service. If you don't want the work or even can't do it...let your prospective customers know and don't leave them hanging...UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

So I was looking on Craigslist because the wife wanted part of the back yard cleaned up. I came across the ad for the Junk Brothers. I went to their website and read all I could. I decided to reply to the ad. The ad said text your request and photos to Jesse at this number 505-5954404. I did that. Within one minute I got a reply and it said call this number 505-917-8928 and they can help. I called the number and told them what I was looking for. The guy who answered asked if I would send him the photos in a text so he could take a look and get me a free estimate. at 1:50 I sent the requested information. I never heard back so at 3:10 I text again (over an hour) and asked did you get the photos? They replied YES, Sorry I am bust working at the moment I will look at them here in a while. That was Saturday 18 APR. I never heard back at all Saturday. I figured ok he is very busy so he will get back to me when he has time. I waited all day Sunday and still never heard back from him. So now my wife is asking what did I find out. Well its Monday 20 APR and still no response. I figured ok they were so busy they forgot so at 9:00 am today from work I followed up with another text. I asked if they were interested in the job if not please let us know and we will move on to another company. its now 5:00 pm and no one at Junk Brothers has the common courtesy to even respond to a customer. I would not recommend this firm for any work even hauling away anything, which is to be their speciality. If they do not have enough courtesy to even get back to a customer can you imagine trying to schedule a job. JUNK BROS you really need to work on your customer service. Even if you think a job is to small do not ignore customers do the right thing and get back to them and tell them you don't want the job so you do not leave people hanging on waiting for you to get back to them. Business 101 never treat one customer bad. Word of mouth is the worst way to hurt your business. That is what may happen for this one instance. read more
