Armando was so, so sweet, helpful, and clearly very experienced! The turnaround time was also incredibly fast. I believe he said he could have them ready in one day (no extra fee), which is almost unheard of for designer shoes. The place I used to go to would take at least a week and wasn't nearly as friendly or welcoming. I've only brought my Chanel flats here so far, but I'll definitely be bringing my Louboutins in the future. He even showed me examples of Louboutins he had worked on, and they looked amazing! So happy I found this place -- highly recommend, especially for designer shoes!

We had a serious clog in our 100 year old drain pipes that my snake was definitely not getting…read morethrough. Charlie's Sewer and Drain set up an appointment and sent out their plumbing tech Cesar to have a look. Cesar was on time, friendly, and knowledgable. He popped open the trap and also tried to clear the clog in the drain with his more industrial-strength snake. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful -- the pipes are so old and corroded that we suspect it will take a much bigger repair. He wrapped up and cleaned up, and after we discussed possible next steps, he got us an estimate for further work within the hour. He didn't charge us since we weren't able to get the clog cleared, which I really appreciate. At time of writing, we're doing due diligence to collect other estimates, but my engagement with Cesar and Charlie's S&D was really favorable, and deserved a great review.

Sean came by for our first service today, was very kind and thorough. Our initial visit was…read morediscounted quite a bit, which was great. he sprayed all throughout the interior and exterior of the house and made sure to let us know where the entry points for pests were and what we could do to seal them off. He was very clear that this is a process that takes time, but was confident also that we won't be seeing any pests in six months with consistent service. My quote to HomeShield was only requested a few days ago, and they were able to come by quickly to help put our minds at ease. At only $55/month I think it's a great deal, and he let us know they can come out again before our next appointment at no additional cost if we see anything crawling around. I can't speak for the effectiveness yet but I'll be sure to update!
