Communication has lead this review…read more I reached out to multiple companies to come out and provide a quote for a remodel project in my home. Waldner communicated with me multiple times leading up to someone coming to my home. After the guy left, radio silence. I text the guy and let him know I was sending him specs to all the items I was purchasing for my remodel so it will help with the quote process. I sent a follow up email and text messages and no reply ever came in nor did a quote. I did select another company given the fact I was given a quote but the fact I was never acknowledged with a quote or even a message saying they were too busy to accept new clients or simply did not want to work with me did not sit well. My remodel is not just to make something look better, it involved fixing damage to my home which I wanted to have fixed. If you want communication, they are not it.
