It is now 4:30 PM, and I still have not received any communication. I am hoping this was an isolated situation, because the lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. As shown, I was originally quoted $301 through Thumbtack, although during our phone conversation I was told it would likely be around $200, with the understanding that the price could change. Honestly, I was surprised by the lower quote, as I was expecting to pay closer to $400-$500 for a deep cleaning. I specifically arranged this service because I have company coming this weekend and was relying on the additional help due to a medical condition that makes standing and bending for long periods difficult. Thankfully, my home is generally maintained, so this was intended to be a more detailed cleaning rather than an emergency situation. At this point, I am very disappointed with the experience and will be letting others know not to rely on this company for scheduled services.

Unfortunately I was in treatment at Moffitt during much of this time and did not have the energy to seek another company. As stated, it was adequate. It was a large home and many times they did not have to touch many of the rooms. Upon our move out, when the home was empty three people were sent to a "deep cleaning". The fee was 550.00. Upon inspecting the home after being told they were done I was beyond disappointed. I contacted Cerise to share my displeasure. The windowsills were dirty as well as the two windows even had some mold on the ledges. The fronts of the cabinets were not cleaned and the floors still had areas of s pots. When I contacted Cerise she stated that they only remove dust. That is clearly not what most would believe represents "deep clean". Cerise was not willing to budge. Never utilize the move out service if you are expecting a deep clean. I will now have to have another company do this service over. I paid her full fee because I am honorable. It is sad that honor was not reciprocated.

However, I too worked in professional cleaning for many years and it would've helped me select someone better for the job had there been more honest reviews. We hired this company for a "move-in" deep clean. Which included baseboards, cupboards, doors, bathrooms, etc. We were given the opportunity to check the work and asked them to comeback--- they came back the very next day. Both of these are HUGE positives, in addition to be communicative. However, I never hire with the intention of micromanaging. If there are missed or touch-ups necessary, these things happen and are normal. What the low rating is for is the low quality of work. Took long hours for two people, most of the baseboards or cupboards needed wiped down again. Food leftover and dead bugs. Doors and obvious stuff were left behind, even after the second visit. I was asked to inspect the work, and did not. Again, it is not my intention to micromanage or ask for a THIRD visit on an easy project. The house was free of all debris, people, and had been vacuumed prior to Sparkling Faith being asked to come. This should've helped them with time and quality, as it allows them to get right business. Good people, friendly, just undertrained and perhaps not skilled in this area of work.
