He cleaned all of the grout by hand with with a brush, sealed it with a brush, and mopped all of the tile after and left NO residue anywhere. He showed us how and what to use to clean the floors so that the seal will last longer. Incredibly, when I contacted Tampa Bay Spotless and (very politely) told them that the home needed to be cleaned on check out days to avoid this disastrous situation, they INSTANTLY responded "other Airbnb owners trained us to do it this way. We don't want to work with you" No even a single bit of discussion just an instant "You don't like your home being left dirty for a week at a time as a ticking time-bomb?
