Kathy, the owner, did an amazing job on my Mother's hair and she received so many compliments on it. Kathy and the team were so nice and genuine. I had booked a wash and blow dry but Kathy found my mom's hair needed to be reshaped as well and squeezed that in for us. I wish we lived in the area so we would be regulars. Sola Salon basically a big warehouse of salon spaces for rent; within it, there are hairdressers, massage therapists, facial, etc. I received a text from Danielle 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment to text her when I arrive so she can let me in; she came out promptly and greeted me warmly. Her space is clean and posh with upbeat music playing in the background. I was made comfortable given the always awkwardness of Brazilian wax job. She was super professional and told me about the package deal she offer on all of her services for discount (buy in 6 or 12 sessions; never expire). She uses hard wax which is sooo much better than the old wax & rip method. She is also very thorough; cleaned and moisturized my waxed area after. Total duration was only 15 minutes. Quick and done! I would definitely come back to her again.
