I paid her the amount ($375) for the deep cleaning, but she actually never cleaned it. She went there once and did a surface clean (she was there for maybe an hour?) and then told me she underestimated the amount and time needed to clean. She told me it would cost more (another $200.) I believed her but should not have. After that she had excuse after excuse about why she wasn't getting back to my mom's to finish the job. I asked her for a refund but she didn't refunded me nor deep clean the house. Malisas Cleanikg is not a business but a scam and a rip off.
