Cory was his name - Crystal is his helper (574 number ) . Cory was polite and conversational on the first call ( 717 number from groupon ) . -Crystal when i spoke with her she was nice. Scheduled service for Friday 4.25 and here -comes the issue. I ask for an invoice detailing what he will and/or will not do for the price. He text me at 6am he has sent the invoice and he like cash pay or zelle. The invoice was blank with a total for service. I called him at 6:45am. I asked about the early call as well as the blank invoice not detailing the service. Cory stated he have gracefully ( his words ) decided to not accept the job from me due to me sounding agitated/aggressive for his morning call. I was - at 6am if it wasn't scheduled he could have sent the text later like 9am. Iphone allows you to schedule the text for a later time. The text came 2 full days before the service. I said i understand and i thanked him and told him to have a nice day. When i hung up - he begin texting me to lose his number. I was sad and i didn't love life. From a business point - why did he decide to hang up and then send me text messages. I then ask him to not continue to text me feeling like i got lucky to not work with such an unprofessional person. We had a few text before i blocked him. He then called from another phone 773-414-6269 ( on his website he has multiple numbers BE CAREFUL ) - On this line he begin to call me names - unprofessionally ( i can share the text message ) i know it is him because this person mentioned in the text the price of the service and stated I'm broke. WOW JUST WOW - he cancelled the service by phone but insisted on texting me afterwards - i really think he is mad because i didn't allow him to get over on me.
