He accepted our request a week prior and explained in detail the length of time, procedure,sq footage and problems that might arise as well as the price.He arrive early at the home the day of inspection as a matter of fact he beat my real estate agent.He promptly went to work writing and taking detailed pictures of every aspect of the home.He was there about 2.5 hours.My real estate agent was very impressed with his thorough u work and efficiency.My real estate agent is from the Triangle area and never witnessed a inspector as detailed in his 30 years. Kyle identified several of these issues and our builder cooperated promptly to make the corrections he recommended. One of the issues involved enlisting the help of a structural engineer to oversee and certify the corrections in the truss system. It's very important to have these corrections made on the front side with certified documentation to maintain and safeguard the value of the home.
